Announcement of Capital Reduction
EditForce, Inc. (Headquarter: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka / CEO: Takashi Ono) has announced that we would reduce the amount of the stated capital as follows:
１． Purpose
To make deployment of the flexible capital policy possible, we reduce the amount of the stated capital pursuant to Article 447, Paragraph 1 of the Corporation Law.
２．Summary of Capital Reduction
(1) Capital amount to be reduced
The amount of the stated capital of JPY739,998,360 will be JPY90,000,000 by reducing JPY649,998,360.
(2) Method of capital reduction
Without changing the number of outstanding shares, the amount of the stated capital will be reduced. Such reduction of
JPY649,998,360 will be transferred to Capital Surplus.
３． Schedule
(1) Publication Date of Opposition by Debtors August 20, 2021
(2) Final Date of Opposition by Debtors September 21, 2021
(3) Effective Date September 30, 2021
