EditForce, Inc.(“We”) stipulates this Privacy Policy (this “Policy") as follows with regard to the management of personal information we handle.
The terms used in this Policy are as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, unless otherwise defined.

We properly and safely handle personal information of business partners, directors and employees, stockholders, and other related parties in compliance with relevant laws and regulations in accordance with this Policy.

We collect personal information in an appropriate and fair manner within the scope of our business.

Individual Numbers shall be used only for preparation of withholding tax certificates, and notification and application regarding health insurance and Welfare pension insurance, and other relating operation.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide any personal information we possess to any third party without the consent of principals or legal permission.
5. Disclosure Request of Personal Data
We shall, without delay, disclose, correct, delete, use, cease to provide to any third party, or provide the records of disclosure to the third party, of personal data within a reasonable scope in accordance with laws and regulations after due identification, if so requested from a principal or the agent stipulated by laws and regulations.
6. Assurance of the Accuracy of the Personal Data
We strive to keep the personal data as accurate and up-to-date as possible and to eliminate it without delay when we no longer need it.
7. Management of Security on Personal Data
We take the following action for the security control of personal data against the risks of leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access from outside and unauthorized use within the company.
(1) Disciplines regarding the handling of the Personal Data
We stipulate rules for obtaining personal data and properly handling them.
(2)Systematic security control measures
We assign the manager in charge of control of personal data (Information Control Manager). We will establish a system for reporting and correcting threatened violation of laws or internal regulations.
(3) Personnel security control measures
We stipulate the duty of confidentiality of confidential information, including personal information, in the work rules and conduct regular employee training on important matters regarding the handling of personal data.
(4) Physical security control measures
We control accessibility to the internal areas where Personal Data is stored and prevent unauthorized use of personal data by officers and employees.
(5)Technical security control measures
We manage access control of the information system appropriately and limit employees who can access personal data and the scope of the personal data they can access.
We take measures to prevent unauthorized access from outside.
8. Understanding of the external environment
If we store personal data in a foreign country, we take security control measures with appropriate understanding the regulation of the country for protecting personal information.
9. Outsourcing of the handling of Personal Information
We may outsource the handling of personal information to an outside party.
In such cases, we shall sufficiently confirm the personal information management system of the contractor, and shall stipulate the rules required to protect personal information in the contract and supervise the management of such information.
10. Review of This Policy
We will review this Policy from time to time and improve it as needed.
